About Our Company


Top Marketing Group was formed during the summer of 2005. Keith Yarber is the Founder and President of the company.

Mr. Yarber is a media veteran who spent his career in the radio and cable television industry.

Seeing an opportunity in the marketplace for a unique and much-needed website, as well as the desire to start his own company, TOP Marketing Group started in a donated conference room in the American Heart Association's Lexington office.

It has grown rapidly since then, now employing 8 full time staff members and dozens of free lance photographers, writers, designers, and other top contract talent.

The flagship start of the company was www.TopsInLex.com which debuted in November, 2005 as Lexington's Premiere Social, Shopping, and Entertainment Online Experience.

Having the website grow rapidly and becoming a favorite among Central Kentuckians, Top Marketing created TOPS Magazine.

The glossy, full color, bi-monthly publication started in January 2007, and has grown to become Lexington's #1 magazine publication according the Annual Media Audit Survey.
